Meet Ann
“Hi, I’m Ann, a Licensed Massage Therapist with an Applied Science degree from Trocaire College, where I graduated in 2005. My clinical training included internships at the Sisters of Mercy Convent, Roswell Park Cancer Institute, NY Chiropractic College, and Women & Children’s Hospital—giving me a strong foundation in therapeutic, medical, and supportive care settings.
My approach to massage integrates both clinical skill and intuitive presence. Each session is personalized to support relaxation, recovery, and balance, meeting clients where they are physically, emotionally, and energetically.
I am certified in Cupping Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and I also offer Pregnancy Massage, Hot/Salt Stone Therapy, Swedish, and Deep Tissue massage.
With nearly two decades of experience, my goal is to create a safe, restorative environment that honors the body’s natural capacity to heal. I believe massage isn’t just about treating muscles—it’s about supporting the whole person.”
