Our 2 Favorite Activities for Health

One of my favorite days is Tuesday. It’s my day off and I get to spend the whole day with Josh, reflecting on the past week and planning the following. I always use it as a complete reset and listen to what my body needs. Today Josh and I were talking about our things that we do that almost guarantee a day of feeling great. Meditating and walking are absolutely magical.

It doesn’t even have to be anything crazy. Just 10 minutes of each can completely transform your day.

Meditation offers a wide array of benefits, both for mental and physical well-being. Here are some of the key benefits:

Stress Reduction: Meditation helps to reduce stress by promoting relaxation and calming the mind. It encourages deep breathing and mindfulness, which can alleviate the body's stress response.
