🌙 A New Chapter in My Healing Journey

This past week has been another powerful reminder for me — not in the way I would’ve chosen, but in the way the universe tends to teach us.
Because of my autoimmune condition, my body is incredibly sensitive. I catch things easily, and when I do, it hits hard. Being around clients all day, every day, I picked up a virus that completely flared up my joints and muscles — and it forced me to pause.
That pause came with a message I’ve been feeling for a while now: it’s time to start shifting toward work that allows my body to heal, while still doing what I love most — helping others heal too.
🌿 Evolving My Work
While I absolutely love my clients — and I don’t take a single one for granted — I’ve realized that the next phase of my journey is meant to be more virtual, intuitive, and spiritually aligned.
Moving forward, I’ll be gradually shifting to spiritual coaching, writing, and speaking.
That doesn’t mean I’m abandoning the other aspects of wellness. I’ll still weave in nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental guidance because they’re all deeply connected. But what truly lights me up — what I’m best at — is helping people connect to their spiritual side:
